Description

Stuffed Baked Lobster Tails are a refined dish in which lobster meat is gently lifted from the shell, topped with a flavorful mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the middle. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base. Put (the meat) on top of the shell for presentation.

  1. Make the Stuffing

Mix the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter and chopped parsley. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, to taste. The stuffing should be moist and slightly crumbly.

  1. Stuff the Lobster Tails

Evenly distribute the stuffing mixture over the top of each lobster tail, pressing it down gently to adhere. Ensure the stuffing is compact and covers the meat.

  1. Bake the Lobster Tails

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and the stuffing is golden brown and crispy.

  1. Serve the Lobster Tails

Remove the lobster tails from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top just before eating, enhancing the flavor with a fresh citrus note.

Tip: Serve with a side of melted butter for dipping or a light green salad to complement the richness of the lobster.
