Quick Shrimp Tacos are a tasty Mexican-inspired dish featuring seasoned shrimp, crunchy cabbage, tomatoes, onions and cilantro, all wrapped in warm tortillas.

Instructions
Prepare Shrimp
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add 250g of shrimp, sprinkle with 1 tsp of taco seasoning and cook until shrimp is pink.
Assemble Tacos
Warm 4 small flour tortillas.
Place shredded cabbage on each tortilla, followed by cooked shrimp, diced tomatoes, onions and chopped cilantro.
Serve
Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the tacos.
Tip: Add a dollop of sour cream or guacamole for extra flavor.
