PREPARE THE LOBSTER TAILS

Gently spread the shell open and use your fingers to loosen the meat from the shell, lifting it slightly while keeping it attached at the base. Rest the meat on top of the shell for presentation. Rinse the lobster tails under cold water and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.

MAKE THE STUFFING MIXTURE
Combine the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, chopped parsley, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated with the butter and the mixture is crumbly but holds together slightly when pressed.

STUFF THE LOBSTER TAILS
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Spoon the stuffing mixture generously onto the lobster meat, pressing gently to adhere it to the surface. Divide the mixture evenly among the four lobster tails. Place the stuffed tails in a baking dish, ensuring they are upright to prevent the stuffing from spilling.

BAKE THE LOBSTER TAILS
