Instructions
Cook the Sticky Rice
Prepare sticky rice according to package instructions.
Once cooked, place on a serving plate.
Prepare Coconut Sauce
Heat 1/2 cup of coconut milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar until sugar dissolves.
Plate and Garnish
Arrange sliced mango on top of sticky rice, drizzle with coconut milk sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tip: Soak rice in water for at least 1 hour before cooking for best results
