Preheat and Prep.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place 2 salmon fillets, skin-side down.
Prepare Marinade
Whisk 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, lemon zest and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
Pour over salmon fillets, spreading evenly.
Bake and Serve
