    Crack the eggs into a shallow bowl and beat them until smooth. In another bowl, spread the sesame seeds evenly. Keep the chicken schnitzels nearby.

    Dip each schnitzel into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's fully coated. Lift and let the excess drip off. Then press the schnitzel firmly into the sesame seeds, covering it completely on both sides. Repeat for all pieces.
