  1. Prepare the Marinade

    Combine 1/2 cup of red wine, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well.

    Tip: For deeper flavor, use a bold red wine like Cabernet Sauvignon.
  1. Marinate the Beef Steak

    Place the beef steak in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  1. Preheat the Grill or Pan
