Prepare Ingredients
On a large tortilla, spread shredded cheese evenly.
Add chopped bell peppers, spinach and sliced avocado to half of the tortilla.
Fold and Cook
Fold the tortilla over the filling.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the quesadilla and cook until golden. Flip to cook the other side.
Slice and Serve
Slice into triangles and serve with salsa or sour cream.
Tip: For extra crispiness, cook on a low flame and press gently.
