Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Cook the Potatoes and Onions

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    Add sliced potatoes and onions, cooking until tender and lightly golden, about 10 minutes.

  2. Prepare the Eggs

    Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

    Pour the beaten eggs over the potatoes and onions in the skillet.

  3. Cook and Flip the Tortilla

    Let the tortilla cook until the edges are set and golden.

    Carefully flip using a plate to cook the other side until golden brown.

    Tip: For an easy flip, cover the skillet with a large plate, invert and slide the tortilla back into the pan.
