Description

Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry is a flavorful dish featuring thinly sliced beef and colorful vegetables sautéed in teriyaki and soy sauce. Stir-fried the beef and veggies in sesame oil, add the sauces and cook until tender. Serve over rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients
  • 250 g beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) (mixed)
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
  1. Prepare Ingredients

    Thinly slice 1/2 lb (250g) of beef sirloin.

    Prepare 2 cups of mixed vegetables, such as bell peppers, broccoli and carrots.

  2. Cook Beef

    Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the beef and cook until browned.

  3. Add Vegetables and Sauce

    Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.

    Stir in 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

    Let cook for 1 minute.

  4. Serve

    Serve the stir-fried beef and vegetables over cooked rice.

    Tip: Top with sesame seeds for added flavor and crunch.
