Instructions
Cook Pasta
Cook 8 oz (200g) of pasta according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Sauté Mushrooms
Melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 8 oz (200g) of sliced mushrooms.
Cook until mushrooms are browned.
Prepare Sauce
Stir in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Combine with Pasta
Add the pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Tip: Serve immediately for the creamiest texture.
