Prepare noodles according to the package instructions.
Drain them well and set aside.
Whisk 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil until smooth.
Add the cooked noodles to the peanut sauce and toss until evenly coated. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top and garnish with cilantro.
Tip: For extra flavor, add a dash of chili flakes or a splash of rice vinegar to the sauce.
